Joelynne is a professional trainer and consultant, with more than 20 years experience in leading and managing teams in both multi-national and local companies. While as a Country General Manager in Shanghai, she built a training business from scratch, and doubled the sales revenue every year.
She last held position as Head of Capabilities Development in one of top Fortune Global 500 organizations, and built the organization’s Performance Management System as well as established their Corporate Academy providing development to all levels of employees. She brings her vast experience in performance management to her clients by providing real life examples in consultation and training to senior management.
Coming from strong organization development background, she works with clients in structured employees development, leadership competencies assessment, performance measurement and appraisal, business acumen, leadership and management. Her training and consultancy clientele include those in automobile, airlines, banking, finance, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, fashion retail, power generation, property development, hospitality, shipping and FMCG.

Currently she is in the panel of trainers for the delivery of PSMB TTT public workshop, and also appointed as skill coach in the development of new trainers in Certified Professional Trainer program.
