Samantha Chiang is a certified professional marketing and event manager and a co-founder of Beacon Solutions which specialize in training programs’ marketing and event management consultancy (certified professional event manager) to a diverse range of local and international organizations with the objectives to help organisations to improve performance, productivity and profits through experiential-based marketing and engagement-based events.

Recently, Samantha is also operating another partnership company; Beacon Marketing with the passion to help individuals and families included children to transform their well-being and life by providing result-based training and action-based coaching.

Samantha is a UK Postgraduate Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Certification Holder with a combined 28 years’ experience in marketing, event management, business development and training. She has held senior marketing and business development positions in several multinational companies (MNCs) and Malaysian-based personal care and herb retailing companies. Samantha is also proficient with B2B and B2C business models.

During her past 28 years of combining corporate and own company management, she was given lots of opportunities to work together with all generations (Baby Boomers, Gen-X, Gen-Y and Gen-Z) and levels of people (parents, youth, children, corporate managers and executives). This experience has furnished Samantha the skills to lead, communicate and engage effectively with all these generations and levels of people.

2013 to present, Samantha studied under Mdm Teoh Poh Yew, an international speaker and trainer for “Creative Parenting” and “Effective Teaching.” She is now recognised and certified by Mdm Teoh as the qualified facilitator and trainer in these subjects to assist and coach parents and children.

In 2012, Samantha is certified by the Institute Professional Managers Association (IPMA) UK and recognized by HRDF Malaysia as a Certified Professional Trainer. MasterCoach Institute Singapore and International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP) recognized her as a Certified Enterprise Coach in March 2019, after undergoing a certification and validation process. In 2020, she just received her Certificate in Health Coaching to qualify her as Health Coach; coached by Health Coach International, Singapore and certified by IPMA, UK. Recently, Samantha just completed the Strengthscape DiSC Trainer Certification as a DiSC Certified Trainer.
