GROUP RATES for LOCAL DELEGATES ONLY (not for MOH delegates):
- Applicable only for Local Delegates of 3 and above from the same organisation: Discount RM50.00 each delegate.
- For group size of above 10 delegates from the same organisation: 10% discount off
- All fees are before 6% Sales Tax or Admin Fees where applicable.
- All fees MUST be settled before the Conference. We do not encourage walk-ins. See below for closing dates.
- Payment can also be made by Bank Transfer/Deposit; Cheque payable to Association of Private Hospitals of Malaysia
- Please ensure that you email to firstname.lastname@example.org all the payment advices/transfer notices in order for us to reconcile your payment to your registration form.

- For HRD Corp claimable, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for the required documents for you to submit to HRD Corp’s to get their approval before event (process under Eventsmastery Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd (Registered Training Provider) 1045322M. 6% processing/admin fee may be applicable. Please note that the company is liable for the payment if your company’s application is not approved by HRD Corp or if there is NO Shows at the event.
- FOR HRDCORP CLAIMABLE & EPEROLEHAN REGISTRATION CLOSES 20/5 (as approval takes fews days to a week)
- For others, registration closes 26/5 BEFORE 5PM
- **Terms: All fees must be paid / All approvals must be received prior to the event’s date. No cancellation allowed within 14 days before the event. However, a substitute from the same organisation is welcome. If no written notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to event and if the person fails to attend the event, full fees will be chargeable. Any refunds approved may be subject to 25% admin fees.
- 3-day full conference package is applicable for same attendee and cannot be shared with different attendees. Each attendee must have own registration/package.
- Replacement of attendees must be provided 3 days before events date, failing which we may not be able to amend their names before event. The replacement attendee can still attend under the original name and request for replacement when they come to register onsite. We will identify through the QR code received for on-site registrations.
- NO UNREGISTERED WALK-INS WILL BE ALLOWED. NO CANCELLATION OR REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED.
